Plenary Speaker
Bruce Wilkinson is an influential international ministry leader, award-winning author, and innovative entrepreneur known for driving exponential growth in Biblical education and leadership training. He founded Walk Thru the Bible, which expanded to 1,000 U.S. seminars annually and an international faculty of 32,000 across 82 nations. Bruce also launched eight Christian magazines with over 120 million copies published, co-founded a fundraising company that raised $540 million for 125 organizations, and chaired the CoMission, which trained 4,500 missionaries for work in the former Soviet Union.
He has led impactful initiatives worldwide, including AIDS education programs in Africa, where he spearheaded the production of an award-winning film and trained thousands of students to educate communities. His food security efforts resulted in 1.1 million gardens planted across southern Africa. He has personally engaged with 10 national presidents, trained thousands of leaders, and authored over 70 books, including two New York Times #1 bestsellers.
Bruce serves as Chairman of Teach Every Nation (TEN), an organization aiming to establish 200,000 training centers globally through its innovative “Bible School on Wheels” curriculum. Based in South Africa, TEN provides immersive training experiences for leaders at its 7,500-acre campus and safari facility. Bruce is passionate about teaching Biblical principles to help individuals and organizations achieve transformative growth.
Keynote Speaker
Martin Deacon serves as President and CEO of Teach Every Nation (TEN). Despite being told at age 12 that he would likely be blind by age 30, Martin accelerated his education and graduated from Dallas Theological Seminary at age 21. With over 35 years of experience in international start-ups, training, publishing, project management, event planning, mobilization, and leadership development, Martin has connected with leaders from over 100 nations.
Martin's passion is empowering, equipping, and transforming leaders and pastors through comprehensive teaching, tools, and training. Under his leadership, TEN owns and operates Hippo Lakes, a multimillion-dollar safari enterprise that donates all its profits to support the TEN campus. The campus trains thousands of leaders from over 80 countries to establish Bible Schools using the TEN curriculum, now available in 12 major languages.
To sustain TEN's rapid global growth, Martin enrolled 28 staff and key service providers in a 6-week AI course from MIT in February 2024. TEN is integrating AI across all departments to accelerate its Great Commission goals.
Keynote Speaker
Dr. Brian Charles is a distinguished expert in AI, business strategy, and organizational leadership. He leads MIT's executive education course on Artificial Intelligence and business strategy via 2U/edX, where he also serves as Head Managing Instructor, overseeing online courses on disruptive technologies and strategy. He manages academic and industry teams to educate business leaders through top-tier institutions.
Previously, Dr. Charles founded Silver Lead Technology, an AI systems-development and strategy firm serving global commercial, educational, and governmental clients. He also held senior roles at major companies like Dell, Wipro, and Tata Consultancy Services, focusing on digital transformation and emerging technologies. Early in his career, he contributed to the development of some of the first websites in the U.S. high-energy physics lab system, which influenced the modern Internet.
An author of "Embracing the Future of Organizational Leadership: Navigating the Era of AI," Dr. Charles holds BA, MS, MBA, and PhD degrees. He resides in Chicago, Illinois, with his wife and family.
